Our services

Commercial and residential moving

Offices, shops and homes, with storage in between when the dates do not line up. Rarely the simple case — which is exactly why people call us.

✓ Commercial and residential

✓ Storage between the dates

✓ Long distance across Quebec

Mover loading boxes into a truck

What makes a business move different

Rarely the volume. It is the dates that do not line up, the elevator that has to be booked, and the fact that a shop closed one extra day costs more than the move.

The gap

When the dates do not meet

The lease ends on the 30th, the new space is ready on the 12th. It is the most common situation and the one ordinary movers do not solve. We empty, hold it here, and move you back in — one file.

Off hours

Without closing for more than a day

We are open 7 days, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. So a shop moves on a Sunday or early in the morning, when it costs the least in lost sales.

The elevator

The number one cause of a lost day

Many buildings require the service elevator to be booked and padded. We handle that with management at both buildings, not just yours.

What we move

Our strength is the move that involves heavy equipment, storage in the middle, or a calendar constraint. An ordinary apartment, plenty of others do very well.

How it goes

01

Walk-through or inventory

Volume, heavy pieces, access at both addresses and the real dates on both leases.

02

Schedule and bookings

Elevators booked at both ends, and storage arranged if the dates do not touch.

03

Packing and loading

Premises protected, contents labelled by room so putting it back is fast.

04

Setting back up

Everything reassembled and placed to your plan, not stacked in the middle of the new space.

Frequently asked questions

My new space will not be ready in time. What then?

We empty on the lease date and hold everything in our warehouse until the space is ready. One file and one supplier, instead of a mover, a storage company and a carrier passing the blame around.

Can you move on a weekend or overnight?

We are open 7 days from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., so weekends and early starts are routine. For something outside those hours, ask us — it is a question of organizing it, not a refusal on principle.

Do you do long-distance moves?

Yes, anywhere in Quebec. We run regularly to Abitibi, Saguenay, Bas-Saint-Laurent and the North Shore, which sometimes lets us pair your move with a trip already scheduled.

Do you move heavy equipment?

Yes — shop machines, commercial kitchen equipment, oversized furniture. If the piece exceeds the legal limits on the road, it goes through our specialized transport.

How much does a commercial move cost?

There is no useful average: a ten-desk office and a workshop full of machines have nothing in common. The price is built on the volume, the access at both addresses, the hours you choose, and whether storage is needed between the leases. Give us both addresses with the floor and the type of access, the rough volume, and the lease dates. Bad surprises on a move almost always come from a staircase or an elevator nobody mentioned.

Let’s talk about your dates

Both addresses, the rough volume and the lease dates. We come back with a plan and a clear price.
