Rug and carpet delivery and installation

In the rug business every detail counts, and delivery is no exception. We deliver to the end customer on behalf of your store, and we install.

✓ White-glove service

✓ Furniture moved for you

✓ Laid to the designer’s plan

Living room finished with a large rug laid by a delivery team

You sell more than a rug

A customer who waited six weeks for their piece judges the whole experience on the last twenty minutes. That is the part we take on, under your name.

White glove

A turnkey delivery

Every rug is handled with care, delivered straight to the customer and laid to the exact expectations — whether they come from the owner or the designer. Furniture moved, the room protected, the piece set down clean.

Access

Never the truck, always the stairs

A rolled rug can be longer than an elevator is deep, and the turning staircase of a Montreal triplex does not forgive. We ask for those dimensions before we set the date, not on the morning, standing at the door.

Your name

The peace of mind you are selling

The person ringing the doorbell represents your store. Confirmed appointment, presentable crew, a report back once the piece is down — service that matches the quality of what you sell.

What we deliver and lay

We work with retailers, designers and decorators across Greater Montreal, and directly with homeowners who bought a large piece and cannot picture how it gets through the door.

✓ Area rugs, oversized and custom pieces

✓ Collector pieces and high-value rugs

✓ Broadloom and roll goods

✓ Showroom and retailer deliveries

✓ Designer and decorator projects

✓ Removal and haul-away of the old rug

How a delivery runs

01

Access check

Roll dimensions, floor, staircase, elevator, parking. That is what decides the size of the crew.

02

Confirmed appointment

A time window agreed with the end customer, coordinated with the designer, elevator booked where needed.

03

Protection and laying

Furniture moved, floors and door frames protected, the rug positioned to the agreed plan.

04

Put back and take away

Furniture returned to place, packaging and the old rug leave with us. The room is ready to use.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver under my store’s name?

Yes, that is the usual arrangement. The end customer bought the rug from you; we are your delivery crew, not an anonymous third party. We confirm the appointment and report back to you afterwards.

Do you really move the furniture?

Yes, it is included. Tell us about a piano, a loaded china cabinet or anything unusually heavy — it changes how many people we send, and it is much better to know beforehand.

Which areas do you deliver to?

All of Greater Montreal and the surrounding ring, and across Quebec for larger shipments. Regular deliveries are handled by our commercial transport team.

Do you take the old rug away?

Yes, on request. It is almost always simpler for the customer than leaving it rolled up in a garage. Mention it when you ask for a price so we plan the room in the truck.

Can you hold the goods until the room is ready?

Yes, and it is common during renovations. Our warehousing service receives the rug on the supplier’s date and delivers it once the room is painted, sanded and ready.

Let us handle your deliveries

Monthly volume, the areas to cover and the type of pieces. We come back with a clear agreement, installation included.
