A truck should never leave half empty. Your orders ride with other deliveries bound for the same area, and that is what keeps the price reasonable despite the distance.
What we haul
Our clients are retailers, manufacturers, contractors and distributors. The common thread: the goods have to arrive undamaged, at a known time, and often be brought somewhere a truck cannot reach.

Urgent transport and same-day delivery
Urgent is not a rate class here, it is a dispatch decision. Instead of waiting for your shipment to be paired with other stops heading the same way, a vehicle leaves for your pickup and goes straight to the delivery address. Three questions decide whether today is possible: is a vehicle free, is the pickup address ready to load, and can the receiving address actually take it.
In Greater Montreal — the island, Laval, Longueuil, the north shore and the south shore — a morning call is almost always handled the same day, and an early-afternoon call is still workable if the receiving address is open late. Quebec City is 258 km by Highway 20 or 40 and about three hours of driving, so a same-day round trip is realistic when the call comes in early.
What we will not promise: an arrival time to the minute across the island at rush hour, or a same-day delivery to a region where nothing is rolling that way today. When it cannot be done we say so during the call rather than phoning back at 4 p.m. And the real deadline is almost always the receiving dock’s closing time, not ours — check it before you call.

Pallets, consolidation and partial loads
Most of what we move travels on a pallet. One or two pallets go out consolidated: you pay for the space you occupy rather than a full truck, and your freight rides with other deliveries bound for the same sector. It is the cheapest option and the one that makes the regions affordable. In exchange, the date depends on the next departure that way.
As the volume grows we move to a partial load: your freight takes up a good part of the trailer and the rest is filled with other stops, loaded in reverse delivery order. A dedicated truck becomes the right call in three situations: the receiving window is narrow, the goods must not be handled twice, or the volume approaches a full trailer and consolidation loses its advantage.
Three things decide the vehicle and the equipment: the built height of the pallet, the weight per pallet, and the type of access at both addresses. If there is no dock and no forklift at the receiving end we plan a liftgate and a pallet jack — provided there is a hard, flat surface to roll it on.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. A single pallet to Laval is handled differently from a single pallet to Quebec City: in the first case we head out quickly, in the second we wait for other deliveries bound for the same area. We tell you which one applies before you commit.
Can you unload if there is no dock?
Yes, and it is often the real reason people choose us. Our material handling service covers unloading and placement: a regular door, a staircase, a shop basement or an upper floor with no elevator.
Do you handle oversized loads?

Can you hold the goods before delivery?
Yes. Our warehousing service receives goods from your suppliers and delivers when you are ready — useful when the shipment arrives before the space, the job site or the dock does.
How much does it cost to ship a pallet in Canada?
There is no single rate. The price is built on the number of pallets or the volume, the distance, the type of access at both addresses, and the urgency. A shipment that shares a truck already scheduled for that area costs considerably less than a dedicated run. For a rush in Greater Montreal it is often the same day; out in the regions it depends on what is already rolling that way.
