Forklift loading palletized freight for commercial delivery

Why businesses call us

Rarely for the rate per kilometre. Almost always because a shipment has to land at a precise time, at an awkward address, and end up inside the building.

One number

Transport, handling and warehousing

When the carrier, the handling crew and the warehouse are three different suppliers, every problem becomes somebody else’s fault. Here it is the same team from pickup to final placement.

7 days

6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A 6 a.m. departure solves half the traffic problems of the day, and a weekend delivery saves you closing a store midweek. Both are on the table here.

Consolidation

What makes the regions affordable

A truck heading up to Abitibi or the North Shore should never leave half empty. Your orders ride with other deliveries bound for the same area, and that is what keeps the price reasonable despite the distance.

What we haul

Our clients are retailers, manufacturers, contractors and distributors. The common thread: the goods have to arrive undamaged, at a known time, and often be brought somewhere a truck cannot reach.

✓ Palletized freight and store replenishment

✓ Store fixtures and commercial equipment

✓ Construction materials and job-site supplies

✓ Appliances and oversized items

✓ Retail deliveries by appointment

From order to unloading

01

Taking the order

Pallet count, weight, exact address, type of access and the receiving window.

02

Planning and consolidation

Your delivery is paired with the other stops in the same area, and the departure time accounts for traffic.

03

Loading

In reverse order of the stops, so nothing gets handled twice on delivery day.

04

Delivery and unloading

Dock or no dock. The goods go where they belong, not left on the sidewalk.

Where we deliver

Montreal and its suburbs daily, and the regions by consolidated load. These are the areas where we have written up the route, the constraints and the lead times in detail.

South Shore and Montérégie — Boucherville, Longueuil, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Châteauguay

Montreal, Laval and the North Shore — Anjou, Laval, Sainte-Thérèse, Repentigny

Mauricie, Quebec City and the Eastern Townships — Trois-Rivières, Quebec City, Sherbrooke

Saguenay and the North Shore — Saguenay, Sept-Îles

Abitibi and Bas-Saint-Laurent — Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d’Or, Rimouski

Your town not on the list? We serve close to 85 municipalities across Quebec. Call us — the answer is almost always yes.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum. A single pallet to Laval is handled differently from a single pallet to Sept-Îles: in the first case we head out quickly, in the second we wait for other deliveries bound for the same area. We tell you which one applies before you commit.

Can you unload if there is no dock?

Yes, and it is often the real reason people choose us. Our material handling service covers unloading and placement: a regular door, a staircase, a shop basement or an upper floor with no elevator.

Do you handle oversized loads?

Yes, but it is a separate service. For heavy equipment, oversized pieces, special permits and escort vehicles, see our specialized transport.

Can you hold the goods before delivery?

Yes. Our warehousing service receives goods from your suppliers and delivers when you are ready — useful when the shipment arrives before the space, the job site or the dock does.

How much does it cost to ship a pallet in Canada?

There is no single rate. The price is built on the number of pallets or the volume, the distance, the type of access at both addresses, and the urgency. A shipment that shares a truck already scheduled for that area costs considerably less than a dedicated run. For a rush in Greater Montreal it is often the same day; out in the regions it depends on what is already rolling that way. Call rather than email if it is urgent — we will tell you right away what is doable and what it costs.
